Statement on Coronavirus (COVID-19)
We at Quillayute River Resort are committed to helping stem the spread of COVID-19. Our thoughts are with all of those who have been affected by it.
Cleanliness: Our housekeepers usually spend two hours or more cleaning your suite in preparation for your arrival. Now, given present concerns, we've added a thorough antiseptic wipe-down of all "high touch" surfaces: hand rails, door knobs, light switches, heater controls, kitchen cabinet pulls, kitchen range controls, TV remote, etc. These are cleaned twice: once before our standard cleaning process, and once thereafter as a final finish before the housekeeper leaves the suite.
Cancellations: We have suspended our cancellation policy until May 1st, or until such time as the prohibition against public gatherings has been lifted. If you have to cancel, we will either issue a credit voucher applicable to a future stay, or refund the deposit to the credit card that was used to make the reservation - whichever method you prefer.

3/20/20 UPDATE: To further ensure the safety of our guests and our employees, we have instituted a policy of washing and sanitizing or sterilizing all:
- Bedding items: pillows, pillow protectors, blankets, mattress protectors, quilts and coverlets in addition to sheets and pillow cases.
- Bathroom items: bathmat and shower curtain in addition to all towels
- Kitchen items: flatware, glassware, dishes, cookware, table cloths, towels.
The additional time required for this has caused us to change our reservation policy to a minimum of two nights. We have also suspended daily housekeeping, but will gladly refresh towels and amenities upon request.
3/24/20 UPDATE: We are closed, except for accommodating essential workers, in compliance with Governor Jay Inslee's proclamation
